With over 10 years of working at global FMCG companies, Kata holds a wide range of experience of corporate communications: stakeholder engagement, reputation management, media relations, change management, digital content development, leadership profiling, storytelling and building growth narratives. She worked on the communications strategy and led the activation across continents of some of the biggest consumer facing brands. She holds an MSc in International Economics & Business and an MA in Conference Interpretation and Translation. She is a trained ballet dancer and a pilates coach driven by sustainability and human connections.

As Head of Client Communications at South Pole, she advises companies across industries and geographies on how to bring their climate action alive through powerful and credible storytelling. She supports clients with effective stakeholder engagement strategies with media, employees, customers and investors in focus, and provides guidance on reputation building and staff development in the context of the 5th step of the climate journey: Communicate & lead.
