Meg leads the end-to-end delivery of communications mandates, with a focus on promoting sustainable practices and solutions. She has over 5 years of experience working on sustainability, innovation, and community projects and programs with both public and private sector organizations. Meg is dedicated to driving strategic and creative solutions to meet the unique needs of each project she takes on.
Kimberly brings deep sectoral knowledge across agronomy, AgTech and sustainability, specialising in businesses with agriculture in their complex supply chain. Prior to South Pole, Kimberly led the agronomy and sustainability systems for an Australian agricultural asset management firm, and has also worked previously as an agronomist and in AgTech. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Agricultural Sciences from The University of Melbourne.
Tara is the regional director for South Pole and a carbon market expert. She has a long standing passion for climate action holding a Masters in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh and utilises this expertise to engage with a diverse range of businesses and industries, understanding their key challenges and company ambition to support and guide them along their climate journey, covering a variety of topics from net zero roadmaps and climate risk analysis through to carbon credits and impact communications.
Sonya supports clients with understanding how they influence and are influenced by a changing climate. She focuses on developing GHG emissions inventories, setting decarbonisation targets, developing net zero roadmaps and crafting climate resilience strategies. Sonya supports clients across the food, industrial, power, aviation and services industries working with frameworks like the GHG Protocol, SBTi, Climate Active, TCFD and ISSB. Sonya's strengths include combining an analytical approach with pragmatism developed working in-house. Sonya holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Sustainable Development and a Climate Risk certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Ajit leads the APAC Environmental Impact Assessment practice at South Pole. He has overseen the end-to-end delivery of GHG inventories, product carbon footprints and decarbonisation roadmaps for conglomerates, financial institutions and large agribusiness, retail and industrial supply chains across Asia-Pacific and Europe. Ajit also leverages his experience to help corporates build strategies to meet ambitious net zero commitments. Ajit holds a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Hons) from Monash University and a Master of Climate Change from the Australian National University.
Matt leads South Pole's decarbonisation offering for Australian and APAC clients. He is highly focussed on delivering GHG accounting, target setting and decarbonisation strategies to enable clients to work towards their net zero ambitions. As a trusted advisor, Matt works with large emitters to understand their current carbon emissions and develop reduction targets in-line with international best practice.
