Global sustainability solutions provider South Pole has joined the Business Renewables Centre Australia (BRC-A), demonstrating its commitment to servicing the growing number of organisations looking to procure renewable energy in the region.
The Business Renewables Centre Australia (BRC-A) is a member-based platform that streamlines and accelerates corporate purchasing of large-scale wind and solar energy and storage.
Membership to the BRC-A will ensure that South Pole is up-to-date with the latest information on the country's rapidly evolving renewables sector, and well-equipped to respond to the specific needs of the growing numbers of Australian corporates looking to procure renewable energy.
According to South Pole's Regional Lead, Corporate Sustainability - Australia, Louise Robb, membership to the BRC-A allows South Pole to be involved in initiatives to help grow and shape the renewable energy sector in Australia, which has huge potential but is still in its infancy.
" South Pole is excited to be a member of the Business Renewables Centre Australia, and we look forward to helping organisations achieve their renewable energy ambitions through this platform," says Robb.
Created in late 2018, the Business Renewables Centre Australia (BRC-A) is an independent information hub and membership platform that aims to simplify, streamline and accelerate corporate purchasing of large-scale wind and solar energy and storage, and connects over 100 businesses, energy buyers, developers and service providers.
