Gaëlle has 20 years of experience in asset management and impact investing in emerging markets. She started her career working for a microfinance network in Latin America and Africa and later joined responsAbility Investments in Switzerland to develop agriculture debt funds. She acted as a member of the Board of Directors of Oikocredit Netherlands for 3 years and joined South Pole in 2023. She currently acts as Global Director of the Structuring team in charge of sourcing, assessing and structuring NbS and Article 6 investment opportunities on behalf of investors.
