Digesting the Fiji COP 2017 in Bonn

The Zurich CMA is happy to invite you to the traditional workshop to discuss the outcomes of the UNFCCC COP in Bonn.

Negotiators and observers will present their first hand impressions and their analysis on progress made.

Contributions will come from the following experts:

• Laurence Mortier (BAFU): "Update on market mechanism negotiations" (tbc)
• Axel Michaelowa (Perspectives): "Market mechanisms: key trends visible at COP 23 on environmental integrity, the role of the CDM, and accounting"
• Patrick Bürgi (South Pole): "Implications of COP23 for the private sector and other non-state actors"
• Jürg Füssler (INFRAS): «Using block chain for Paris Agreement implementation – The Climate Ledger Initiative»
• Moderation: Anik Kohli (INFRAS)

The workshop will be hosted at Zurich CMA member INFRAS in Zurich and followed by an apero.
