With hands-on experience across both corporate and regional utility environments, Jacqueline brings a pragmatic, impact-focused approach to accelerating the energy transition.
Guy Turner is the Head of Carbon Markets at MSCI, where he is responsible for overseeing the provision of investor-grade data and analytical tools designed to bring greater transparency and integrity to the global carbon credit market. With over 30 years of experience in climate policy, sustainability, and the energy transition, he is regarded as a leading authority on carbon markets. Guy is a regular contributor to high-level industry discussions and frequently speaks at prominent international forums on climate change.
Karolien is South Pole's Global Senior Director for Article 6. With 18 years of experience in climate finance, development finance and carbon markets, she defines and oversees the company strategy for international compliance carbon markets governed under the UN Paris Agreement for the world's largest carbon asset manager.
Before joining South Pole, she worked with the Belgian Foreign Ministry, the United Nations and the Global Green Growth Institute. She lived and worked across Africa and Asia advising developing country governments on aid finance and green investment opportunities, managing programmes on clean energy, waste, transport, sustainable supply chains, NDCs and more. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Leuven with a Master's in Philosophy and holds a Masters in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris. Karolien speaks English, French, Dutch and German.
Leila Kamdem is a senior climate risk professional whose career spans nearly two decades, and includes senior leadership roles at various organisations, including HSBC and Mazars. Prior to her role as Group Head of Climate Risk for HSBC, she was a Partner at Mazars where she held various roles, including UK Head of Financial Services Consulting and Lead Partner for Climate Risk. Leila has extensive experience leading regulatory compliance projects and developing risk management frameworks aligned with international climate standards.
Nicolò has over six years of experience developing international cooperation projects in Africa and more than four years of experience in carbon project development.
Jonathan Moss is an Associate Director for Business Development at South Pole. With over seven years of experience in sustainability and carbon markets, he has supported hundreds of companies worldwide - particularly in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK - in developing strategies to reduce their environmental impact. At South Pole, Jonathan leads a team of eight sustainability advisors across the DACH region, guiding their work in client engagement and business development to drive meaningful climate action. Prior to this, he supported research at the Schumacher Institute think tank and the University of Bristol where he delved into environmental policy topics such as the UK Energy Industry.
