Jonathan Moss is an Associate Director for Business Development at South Pole. With over seven years of experience in sustainability and carbon markets, he has supported hundreds of companies worldwide - particularly in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK - in developing strategies to reduce their environmental impact. At South Pole, Jonathan leads a team of eight sustainability advisors across the DACH region, guiding their work in client engagement and business development to drive meaningful climate action. Prior to this, he supported research at the Schumacher Institute think tank and the University of Bristol where he delved into environmental policy topics such as the UK Energy Industry.
Sara serves as a Senior Sustainability Advisor at South Pole, where she guides Northern European companies through every stage of their climate journey. From initial impact measurement to transparent disclosure, she helps organizations build credible pathways toward a net-zero future.
With 6+ years of diverse experience across ESG analysis, consultancy, and in-house sustainability teams, Sara possesses a 360-degree view of the corporate environmental landscape. This unique background allows her to anticipate the practical challenges companies face and turn ambitious goals into actionable results. Sara holds a trilingual BSc in Economics from the Free University of Bolzano and an MSc in Socio-Ecological Economics and Policy from WU Vienna.
Tassilo is a Senior Sustainability Advisor at South Pole, specializing in carbon markets, renewable energy procurement, and global decarbonization strategies. He works with large companies, supporting them in climate certificate procurement and the development of robust sustainability strategies. Tassilo brings extensive corporate sustainability experience to his role, having previously served as Global Sustainability Manager at AB InBev.
Damla is a renewable energy engineer and consultant with 8+ years of professional experience. She advises multinational corporations on renewable energy strategies, decarbonization roadmaps, and global PPA implementations. She also leads technical modelling, market intelligence, and data management within South Pole's Renewable Energy Solutions team. Prior to joining South Pole, Damla worked as a power grid operator at the ENTSO-E Regional Coordination Centre and as a photovoltaic module researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute. She holds an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering and Management, a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and a minor in Economics.
Kai Eisenhardt is a Senior Sustainability Advisor at South Pole, specializing in renewable energy sourcing and global decarbonization strategies. With over four years of experience, he has supported DAX-listed companies, multinational corporations, and SMEs across the DACH region on environmental certificates (EACs, biomethane), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), carbon credits, and broader sustainability initiatives. He holds an MSc in Business & Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School
Antonia leads the Renewable Energy Advisory team at South Pole, leveraging a decade of expertise in RE strategy and European energy markets. She advises global clients on PPA implementation and Scope 3 emission reductions. Her background includes strategy and procurement roles at E.ON SE and AFS Energy, with a focus on risk mitigation and environmental certificates. Antonia is based in Amsterdam and is a native German speaker.
Isabela is a renewable energy professional with over five years of experience in the area of sustainability and climate change. As part of her responsibilities, she helps corporations and their supply chains develop renewable energy strategies that adhere to the most rigorous standards, such as the GHG Protocol, CDP and RE100, enabling them to transition from fossil fuels to renewable sources across their worldwide operations. Prior to joining South Pole, she worked on energy efficiency projects at Mario Molina Center. She holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and is based in our Madrid office.
Matt has over 10 years of experience in consultancy specialising in energy procurement and energy market advisory services including familiarity with topics such as PPA accounting treatment. Backed by client management skills, Matt has an extensive track record in providing tailored risk managed advice across global markets to a broad sector including government, water utilities, commercial and industrial clients.
Before joining South Pole, Matt worked for an Australian based climate consultant, ERM Energetics, where he advised clients on their optimal renewable energy strategies and led end-to-end PPA transactions including cohort/group aggregation models. Matt has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Postgraduate Diploma in Energy and Carbon Studies and is based in our Amsterdam office.
Holding a Master's degree (Master II) in Operational Marketing from INSEEC Paris, Elodie joined South Pole in 2022 after six years spent designing digital campaigns and defining marketing strategies in the elevator industry.
After serving for two years as Senior Marketing Specialist for France, Belgium and Luxembourg, she has been focusing since 2024 on event organization, partnerships and webinars across Europe and Latin America, covering sustainability topics such as Scope 3 and supply chain decarbonization, Climate Transition Plans, and carbon markets.
