As the Senior Managing Consultant in South Pole's Carbon Advisory practice for the Asia Pacific region, Danielle spearheads the development of bespoke solutions and strategies for our APAC clients to fulfill their carbon offset commitments. With her deep expertise in voluntary carbon markets, climate finance, and sustainability, Danielle has played a pivotal role in serving our clients in the region. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of London, UK, and a Bachelor's (Hons) degree in Environmental Science from South Africa.
Georgia Holt is a Senior Associate within the Oceania Business Development team at South Pole with extensive experience in mining and sustainability. Georgia guides companies in the resources sector towards decarbonisation of their operations and value chain, to achieve their climate ambitions. Her industry knowledge comes from having worked extensively in the Hunter Valley coal chain at mine sites, the port and across NSW as a consultant. Georgia holds a degree in environmental engineering, minor in chemical engineering and honours in mine tailing geochemistry. Georgia has presented on topics ranging from climate communications to carbon markets and nature-based solutions to large audiences in Australia, the US and Asia.
