Kimberly is Managing Director and Head of Investments at GenZero. She oversees GenZero's investments, and leads the firm's portfolio construction and investment strategy to achieve its dual goals of positive climate impact and long-term sustainable financial returns.
Prior to her appointment at GenZero, Kimberly spent twelve years at Temasek International, focussing on investments in the transportation and logistics sector where she helped to build a multi-billion global logistics portfolio. With a particular focus on China and Southeast Asia, she led deal origination and execution resulting in notable investments including LF Logistics and ZTO Express, market leaders in various parts of the e-commerce logistics value chain. She also played a key role in landmark transactions involving core Singapore transportation assets which required complex technical execution and broad-based stakeholder management.
Based in Singapore, Winnie brings over 16 years of expertise in business intelligence, market insights, and consulting across the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Steel & Mining, Utilities, and Government sectors. Previously, she played a key role at a leading commodities price reporting agency, helping organizations navigate complex markets and energy transition trends.
Now, as Head of Sales, Asia at South Pole, Winnie is focused on driving climate solutions and supporting businesses in their decarbonization journey. With a deep understanding of supply chains in hard-to-abate sectors, she is committed to advancing the carbon market and accelerating progress toward Net-Zero goals.
Ben is South Pole's Brand & Creative Director. A multi-award winning sustainability strategist, storyteller and movement maker, he has been helping changemakers make change since 2007.
Kenneth is Head of Sustainability at Seviora Group and SeaTown Holdings. He leads Sustainability Research and Advisory and advises the investment teams on Sustainability and ESG related matters throughout the investment process in a variety of asset classes. From 2014-2021, he led multi-asset investments across Consumer and Internet subsectors at SeaTown. He began his career as a research analyst at Goldman Sachs. Kenneth graduated as Valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude, from Singapore Management University (Finance and Economics). He holds a Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge and the Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
Michelle Loi is a Principal Consultant, Sustainable Finance at South Pole, based in Singapore. She supports financial institutions with guidance across environmental impact assessment, climate regulations, net-zero commitments, and climate action implementation.
Michelle has over 18 years of financial industry experience, supporting and engaging Asia Pacific institutional investors with ESG, investment risk & performance analysis and thought leadership. Prior to joining South Pole, she had worked at WWF-Singapore, BNY Mellon and Northern Trust, focused on driving ESG, investment performance & risk best practices, and the inclusion of nature-related financial risks into investment decision making.
She holds a BSc in Economics and Management from University of London-SIM. She also holds the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR®) Certificate and the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM™) designation.
Margot Seeley is an ESG investment professional with over six years of experience at ABN AMRO Investment Solutions, currently serving as Head of SRI. She specializes in developing comprehensive ESG policies, climate strategies, and sustainable investment frameworks. With expertise in fund analysis and ESG evaluation, Margot contributes to advancing sustainable finance practices through engagement with asset managers as head of the ESG team at a sub-advisory player - a firm specializing in selecting and monitoring external fund managers.
Souad leads the sustainable finance team at South Pole, in charge of advising financial institutions on their data-led climate strategy: environmental impact analysis for financial products, climate-related regulatory initiatives, climate-related risk assessment and net zero commitments. Souad has over ten years in sustainability and fintech industry combined. Prior to joining South Pole, Souad worked as a manager of the Impact Program at 2° Investing Initiative, leading research on climate actions and assisting financial institutions in designing scientifically sound climate strategies that contribute to the Paris Agreement goals.
Souad holds a PhD in high performance computing from the University of Versailles, and an advanced master in international energy management from Mines-Paristech.
Nadia leads South Pole's Global Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs function, reporting to the CEO.
With well over a decade of experience in carbon markets, reputation management, corporate sustainability, and media relations, Nadia works with South Pole's global Marcomms team to successfully launch and position new growth-driving initiatives for the business.
Nadia joined South Pole in 2015 and has been instrumental in developing group-level marcomms strategy, as well as spearheading efforts to accelerate growth in areas of strength. This includes the development and launch of South Pole's annual Net Zero Report, a critical analysis of the corporate landscape and progress towards net zero.
Before joining South Pole, Nadia led a variety of communications for the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Finnish National Commission on Sustainable Development and the European Commission. She holds a masters degree in International Business Communication from the Aalto University School of Economics.
Dame Inga Beale is the former CEO of Lloyd's of London, where she served for five years before stepping down in 2018. She was the first female CEO in the global insurance and reinsurance market's 325-year history. Beale started her career at Prudential Assurance Company in London and is trained as an underwriter specialising in international treaty reinsurance. She worked for General Electric's insurance division for 14 years, where she held numerous management roles, including leadership roles in Kansas City, Paris and Munich. Beale then led the Swiss reinsurer Converium, where she spearheaded a company turnaround.
In 2008, she joined Zurich Insurance Group as a member of their Group Management Board. The following year she was named the group's Global Chief Underwriting Officer. From 2012-13, she was the Group CEO at the privately held Lloyd's insurer, Canopius.
Beale is a Chartered Insurer and studied economics and accounting at Newbury College, Berkshire, England and was appointed Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in the 2017 New Year Honours for services to the UK economy. Dame Inga has also played a critical role in advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives across the global insurance sector, including the Dive In Festival, the only sector-wide diversity and inclusion festival in the world. She also sits on the board of directors of NN Group N.V., Crawford and Company and Willis Towers Watson plc.

Chris is South Pole's Head of Advisory for North America, holding nearly a decade of sustainability experience across the public and private sectors. Chris was previously the National Practice Manager of Sustainable Infrastructure for WSP Canada, and the Environmental Impact Lead at Arc'teryx.
George leads the South Pole's commercial efforts in the Americas, focussing on providing sustainability solutions to clients across North and Latin America. Working with South Pole's global teams, George's role is to maximise climate impact for customers.
With 18 years of experience in corporate sustainability, George helps clients reduce carbon emissions, secure renewable energy solutions, and effectively use carbon credits in strategies aimed at achieving net zero emissions. His clientele spans various sectors, including consumer products, retail, apparel, ICT, chemicals, and industrial products.
