The implementation of the SBTi Corporate Net-Zero Standard v2.0 in February 2027 introduces stricter criteria for energy buyers regarding regional sourcing boundaries, physical deliverability, and Scope 3 emissions. Securing contracts before this deadline is critical to ensuring long-term compliance and financial stability. This regulatory shift comes amid volatile energy markets across Europe and APAC, forcing finance and energy teams to balance price predictability against market exposure and power price cannibalisation.
Join us to explore how corporate buyers can align EAC procurement with updated SBTi guidance, unlock cost-effective PPAs across APAC, integrate hybrid storage, and structure resilient multi-PPA portfolios.
