She supports clients to measure their GHG inventories inline with the GHG Protocol and best practice sectoral guidance. Emily has helped clients to set and meet ambitious climate targets, driving decarbonisation of operational and value chain emissions. Emily has valuable energy and waste expertise including; conducting on-site energy audits to inform on-site decarbonisation, and is a qualified TRUE Zero Waste Advisor. Emily manages projects with complex stakeholder involvement, leading technical workshops to drive valuable client and decarbonisation outcomes.
Jorge has +15 years of experience supporting companies in Japan and across Asia-Pacific in integrating sustainability challenges in their business strategy across their entire value chain, and in product development. His previous experience includes management and advisory roles at environmental consultancies in Tokyo and Australia, and sustainability leadership positions at Shiseido Global HQ in Tokyo and Microsoft Japan.
Lauren is specialising in ESG and communications strategy. She has over 6 years experience working across sustainability, communications & project management. Lauren is passionate about helping clients translate their ambitions into meaningful and authentic positive change, and making sure stakeholders are engaged and inspired along the way.
Fanny's journey with CO2logic began in 2013 when, as an intern, she assessed the feasibility of a reforestation project in Zambia for her final year thesis. Graduating from ICHEC Brussels Management School, she began her career in consulting in 2014, developing expertise in project management and digital transformation at BNP Paribas Fortis. In 2017, she joined EY to create solutions accelerating the energy transition through new technologies.
Reconnecting with CO2logic in 2021 during its integration with South Pole, Fanny became a Key Account Manager, guiding major clients in climate strategy—from carbon footprint assessments to net-zero roadmaps and climate action contributions. Now Head of Sales for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, she leads commercial strategy and business development, ensuring companies receive tailored climate solutions for meaningful impact.
Daniele is one of the most experienced Senior Managing Consultant in the SEU region. He has +10 years of professional experience in sustainability consulting for diverse companies at national and multinational level. He provides in-depth advisory on climate strategies, designing long-term targets in line with the criteria of the SBTi (Science-Based Targets initiative) and Climate Transition Plans to achieve Net Zero goals. Daniele is particularly specialized in supporting energy companies and utilities.
He holds a Master's Degree in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and he is professionally proficient in English and Italian.
Hannah brings a systems thinking approach to combine the 'S' and the 'E' to create and implement impactful sustainability strategies. Hannah has built up her sustainability experience working in the waste industry at Veolia, Aurecon, focusing on circular economy and Koala, an Aussie furniture company as Sustainability manager. Hannah holds BA Geography (hons) from the LSE and is undertaking a Masters in Environmental Management at UNSW
Himani Gupta is Head of Advisory for North America at South Pole, where she leads strategic partnerships with global corporations to design and implement ambitious climate strategies. With nearly 15 years of experience in corporate sustainability and decarbonization, she advises executive teams on embedding climate action into core business operations, strengthening disclosure readiness, and driving measurable progress toward net zero. Her expertise spans large-scale change programs that deliver sustainable competitive advantage, portfolio decarbonization strategies, transition planning and execution, and the integration of technological and digital solutions across operations and supply chains.
Himani holds dual master's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Technology & Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Harman is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience managing projects in areas such as climate risks & opportunities, decarbonization, climate adaptation, as well as product and partnership strategy. Demonstrating a solid track record of delivering on global projects, he has worked across various sectors including agriculture, technology, financial services, government, engineering, travel, retail, manufacturing, and natural resources. As a licensed landscape architect and project management professional, Harman holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
