Zurich, 29 April 2025 – Matthias Tröndle, Chief Financial Officer of INFICON Holding AG, is joining South Pole's Board of Directors. Matthias brings over 30 years of extensive leadership experience in global finance across various multinational organisations.

Prior to joining INFICON, Matthias held senior roles at Solectron Corporation and Hewlett Packard GmbH. At Solectron Corporation, he managed financial operations across multiple European regions from 2003 to 2008. At Hewlett Packard GmbH Matthias held several senior financial roles, including Finance Manager for subsidiaries in Germany and Switzerland, as well as Senior Financial Analyst at their headquarters in Germany.
