Celia is a consultant specializing in international carbon markets, with a particular focus on Article 6 of the Paris Agreement and CORSIA. She advises public- and private-sector clients on how to strategically engage with carbon markets. Her work includes leading and supporting capacity-building efforts for Article 6 in host countries, with a strong emphasis on Africa.
