The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Berne in collaboration with the Swiss-Asian Chamber of Commerce and South Pole kindly invite you to a key web event on the environment: "Indonesia is tackling Climate Change".
As the largest and most populous nation in ASEAN, Indonesia is resource rich, ecologically diverse, geographically expansive and is achieving robust economic growth. There is clearly a need to address climate change now and for future generations.
The leadership of the Republic of Indonesia is committed to and actively working on meeting meaningful greenhouse gas emission reduction targets.
The purpose of this event is to highlight some of the key initiatives, challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in the transformation that is progressing in earnest in the country. Energy comes to the fore and this webinar will focus on priorities, developments and planning at a national level as well as feature a major corporate initiative.
SACC is teaming-up with South Pole to launch a series of seminars and programmes addressing climate change. Headquartered in Switzerland, South Pole is a leading global environmental solutions group.
