Accor faced the complex challenge of aligning its regional climate risk exposure with Accor SA's global CSRD-aligned report. To bridge this gap, South Pole facilitated five in-person workshops with regional executive leadership. Through these highly targeted sessions, we successfully identified critical operational vulnerabilities and conducted a comprehensive AASB S2 gap analysis to pinpoint exact disclosure needs across the region.
Building on the initial assessments, we executed a qualitative scenario analysis and resilience assessment. South Pole evaluated 23 climate risks and opportunities to ensure thorough coverage. We provided dedicated support during the rigorous audit process, delivering a comprehensive AASB S2 report. This equipped AAPC with a clear, actionable overview of their climate risk exposure and a strategic roadmap for long-term resilience.
