Chetan is an expert in standard and methodology development. At South Pole, he is involved in developing new methodologies and revising existing ones, such as the VCS biochar methodology and methodologies focused on soil organic carbon and carbon capture and storage, in collaboration with leading international organisations. He also leads the technical consultation with standard bodies and similar technical committees, such as ICROA and PD Forum, and has experience in the development of standards for sustainable biomass and biofuels.
