The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide opportunities for organisations to demonstrate the social and environmental value they deliver.
We help organisations contribute to the SDGs by supporting them to:
- Finance projects that improve lives and protect the planet
Our range of projects delivers measurable and certified impacts that together contribute to all 17 goals. Organisations can use the associated emissions reductions to balance their own carbon footprints.

Identify where they can have most impact
Organisations can make more impact in their business and the causes they support if they focus on selected SDGs in the locations most relevant to them.
For instance, many businesses want to take action on gender equality.
SDG 5 recognises the importance of gender equality in a standalone goal, and gender-related targets and indicators cut across all the other 16 SDGs.
Through our projects your organisation can make measurable contributions to empowering women in developing countries.

What are the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a series of 17 goals designed to eradicate extreme poverty, fight inequality, and stop climate change by 2030.
The 17 goals and the 169 targets that underpin them offer tangible ways for organisations to make strong and public commitments to sustainable development and a framework in which to understand their impacts on people and planet.
Achieving the SDGs is inseparable from progress on the Paris Agreement on climate change and the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction. All three frameworks were established by world leaders in 2015.
