Teresa Lang is a Senior Business Development Manager in South Pole's New York City office, where she works primarily with corporate clients on reporting their GHG footprint, renewable energy procurement and carbon offsets. In addition to her role at South Pole, she also serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Paso Pacífico, a non-profit focused on landscape-level conservation in Central America. Prior to South Pole, Teresa spent seven years at the Climate Action Reserve developing and implementing carbon offset methodologies, implementing GHG accounting mandates, and working on climate policy in the US, Mexico, and Canada. She also has worked on climate and energy projects at the Clinton Global Initiative, a division of the William J. Clinton Foundation. Teresa holds an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, a Master of International Affairs with a focus on Environmental Policy from Columbia University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
